1964 Fender Stratocaster - Surf Green - Bound Fingerboard!

Very good condition - Extremely rare early example of a late 1964 bound neck with rosewood fingerboard, original pots and pickups. Surf Green with matching headstock, and is apparently ORIGINAL.  Late 1964 transition logo on headstock, no patent numbers.  Non-original single-piece tremolo block, likely from the 70's, missing whammy bar and back plate, and has a 5-way switch.  Tuners replaced at some point, and professionally re-fretted with frets in 7/10 condition with minimal wear.  A few light dings, and plenty of lacquer checking and mojo, but otherwise very good. Two doweled holes in the headstock under the finish. Includes original orange plush hardshell case with one broken latch.
