1960s National-Airline Folkstar
Very good condition.  Original finish has been painted over with a white/black speck & pinstripe motif, and an aftermarket pickup added.  Sounds & plays great.  With non-original case.

The Folkstar Resonator was introduced in the early 1960s as a more affordable and accessible instrument in the National line, aimed primarily at folk and blues musicians. The fiberglass body, then called “Res-O-Glass,” was a revolutionary material that offered both durability and resonance without the higher cost of wood or metal. National, already famous for their metal bodies and early electric guitars, continued to push the boundaries with instruments like the Folkstar, which embodied the experimental spirit of the era.
