1988 Martin J-40MC in good condition. Only made from 1987-1989, and rarely seen in the wild! Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood back & sides, scalloped braces. Same dimensions as the J-40M, with 16" lower bout, 11" upper bout, 1-11/16" nut width, but with cutaway, oval sound hole with 9-ply ring, and gold tuners. Plenty of wear, including lacquer checking, dings and scrapes, but only one repaired top crack. Some gaps in the binding, but neck is straight, with plenty of saddle, and guitar plays great and sounds huge! Great bass response and balance. Includes original hardshell case.
