Very good condition. MIJ "Lawsuit era," with a design very similar to a Martin, including the script headstock logo! Slot-head 12-fret design, spruce top with mahogany back & sides, likely laminate construction. a couple of small dings, and possible evidence that a pickguard was installed and removed, but overall very good. Includes original hard shell case, with 1 broken latch.
