By registering for lessons at Guitar Works, you agree to the following policies and procedures:

1. Lesson Costs and Reservations:

• Payment must be received prior to a lesson.
• Cost of Single Lessons:
  • 30 Minutes - $40 Per Lesson
  • 60 Minutes - $80 per Lesson
  • Single Lessons may be purchased by phone at 847-475-0855 or at the front desk when you arrive for your lesson. Guitar Works accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Monthly Lessons Via Auto-Pay
  • We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for students who enroll in our convenient monthly auto-pay system.
  • 30 Minutes - $36 Per Lesson
  • 60 Minutes - $72 Per Lesson
  • Upon registration, an active credit card is required for participation in monthly lessons auto-pay. Credit card information is not stored, processed, or accessible by Guitar Works or our staff. It is securely handled by an independent, PCI-compliant third party, ensuring your data is safe.
  • Cash payments are not accepted for monthly auto-pay plans.

2. Auto-Pay Billing Cycle:

• The monthly auto-pay lesson fee is $36 per lesson for 30 minute lessons and $72 per lesson for 60 minute lessons.
• The fee for the upcoming month’s lessons will be automatically processed on the 1^st of each month using the credit card information stored in your student account.
• Please note that the number of lessons per month will vary depending on the number of weeks in the month. Your card will be charged for the number of lessons you are scheduled to take in any given month.

3. Cancellation of Monthly Auto-Pay:

• In order to cancel monthly auto-pay lessons, please notify your teacher of your intent to cancel by the 25th of the month to avoid charges for the following month.
• In such cases where the student needs to withdraw from the calendar but has unused paid lessons, the lesson credits will be retained in their account and can be used for future lessons or utilized as store credit for merchandise.

4. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• You must contact your teacher at least 24-hours prior to the lesson you want to cancel and/or reschedule.

• Lesson Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the lesson do not qualify for rescheduling and the lesson fee cannot be refunded.

5. Refunds and Credit:

• Single lessons are non-refundable.
• In such cases where a student must withdraw from the calendar, remaining lesson credits will be saved in the student’s account. These credits can be utilized for future lessons or for in-store purchases.
